Crush It Media Group LLC respects the intellectual-property rights of others. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, on crushitmediagroup.com and on each of our brands' websites and services: Crush It Sites, Crush It Engine, Live Lead Extractor, and Crush It Direct Mail. 1. Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe content on our websites or services infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 3) that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works);
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the URL and which brand's site or service it appears on);
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

2. Our response and counter-notice

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, notify the person who provided it. We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the material and its prior location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and phone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., Hillsborough County, Florida (Tampa)) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
