Cookie Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2026
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Crush It Media ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://crushitmediagroup.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels/tags. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies."
Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider we use). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remaining until they expire or you delete them).
2. Why we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- Operate the Site — keep you signed in, maintain your session, secure forms, and remember your settings (for example, your language and light/dark theme choice);
- Remember promotions and pop-ups you've already seen so we don't show them repeatedly;
- Understand usage — measure traffic and how visitors interact with pages so we can improve the Site; and
- Process payments and load maps through our third-party providers.
3. Types of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the Site to function — authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and saving essential preferences. These cannot be switched off in our systems. | Sign-in/session (Supabase auth), hosting/security (Vercel), language and theme preference |
| Functional | Remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as suppressing a pop-up you've dismissed. | Promo / exit-popup state, referral code capture |
| Analytics / performance | Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. These collect aggregated or pseudonymous data. | Usage and performance measurement |
| Third-party / integrated services | Set by providers whose tools are embedded in the Site. | Stripe (payments/fraud prevention), Mapbox (coverage maps) |
The specific cookies present can vary as we update the Site and our providers update their tools.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use, including Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention) and Mapbox (maps). These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control third-party cookies.
5. Your choices
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site (for example, signing in or completing a purchase).
- Opt-out preference signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See the Privacy Policy.
- Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding, we do not currently respond to DNT signals, but we honor GPC as described above.
For help managing cookies, see your browser's documentation (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we do.
