Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2026
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Crush It Media ("Crush It Media," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://crushitmediagroup.com, contact us, or use our services (the "Services"). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a quote, join a waitlist, claim an offer, create an account, or buy a Service, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or service-area address, the category or product you're interested in, your advertising content, and the messages you send us.
b. Payment information. When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment-card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, a confirmation, and billing details needed to complete and record the transaction.
c. Consent and opt-in records. When you check a box to receive texts or marketing, or otherwise opt in, we record the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and technical details such as your IP address and browser/device information, to document your consent.
d. Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our providers automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location, and interactions, using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
e. Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers and data sources — for example, USPS and U.S. Census data used to estimate mailing routes, household counts, and demographics for coverage maps; referral information from someone who referred you; and information from our voice/AI intake or call tools when you call or are called about a campaign.
f. Calls and our AI voice assistant. If you call us, ask us to call you, or interact with our automated or AI-powered voice assistant, your call may be recorded and transcribed. Florida is an all-party-consent state, so we disclose that the call is recorded at the start of the call; if you continue the call after that disclosure, you consent to being recorded. We use these recordings and transcripts to take and follow up on your request, keep records, support quality assurance and training, and improve our services and the assistant. The AI voice assistant can make mistakes and is not a substitute for a person — you can always ask to reach a human.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, health information, or biometric data. Please do not include this kind of information in messages you send us.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services;

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers / processors who perform functions on our behalf, under contract and only as needed. These include providers of payment processing, website and database hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, mapping, business productivity and email, and AI-assisted features (such as language translation and lead intake). Coverage and demographic estimates are derived from U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Census data sources.
- Commercial printers and mailing/postal partners to produce and mail your campaign.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and as needed for audits and security.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Crush It Media, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Text-message data is never shared for marketing. Information you provide when opting in to our text-message program — including your phone number and consent — is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share it only with the providers that help us deliver those messages. See the SMS / Text Messaging Terms.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.

7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Consent and opt-in records are retained to document compliance.

To the extent any analytics or advertising cookies constitute a "sale" or "sharing" / "targeted advertising" under your state's law, you can opt out by adjusting cookie choices in your browser, including using a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.
