Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Crush It Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through crushitmediagroup.com (the "Site"). Each of our brands (Crush It Sites, Crush It Engine, Live Lead Extractor, and Crush It Direct Mail) has its own privacy policy for its own website and services; see our Legal Center for links.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the "Not sure which brand fits?" form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the message you write, whether you checked the optional email opt-in box, and your consent to be contacted by phone and text.
Consent records. When you check the call-and-text consent box, we record the consent wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the page you submitted from, as proof of that consent.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps, for security and to operate the Site.
Your color-scheme choice. The color scheme you pick in the header is applied in your browser only; we do not store it on our servers.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your request and point you to the right brand;
- To call or text you about your request, if you gave consent (see our SMS / Text Messaging Terms);
- To send you emails with tips, news, and offers from Crush It Media Group and its brands, only if you checked the email opt-in box;
- To keep records of consent and comply with legal obligations (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM);
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and prevent spam and abuse.
3. How we share information
Within our family of brands. Crush It Sites, Crush It Engine, Live Lead Extractor, and Crush It Direct Mail are all operated by Crush It Media Group LLC. If your request is best handled by one of them, we share it with that brand so it can follow up. That is not a sale; it is the same company.
Service providers. We use vendors that process information on our behalf to run the Site and our communications, including website hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights or others' safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy continues to apply).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies and similar technologies

5. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only if you checked the email opt-in box. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing support@crushitmediagroup.com. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep information
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and we keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. As a matter of policy, we extend these core rights to all U.S. residents, regardless of state:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, we keep a record of an opt-out so we can honor it);
- Portability: receive a copy in a portable format;
- Opt out of any "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising (we do not do these); and
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email support@crushitmediagroup.com or write to us at the address below, with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request before acting and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). We honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the rights above. We collect the categories described in Section 1 (identifiers, contact details, and internet/usage activity) for the purposes in Section 2. We do not sell or share personal information, including that of consumers under 16.
Florida (Florida Digital Bill of Rights). Florida residents have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, where applicable.
Other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah): residents have rights to access, correct (where provided), delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and may appeal a refused request as described above.
10. Third-party links
The Site links to our brands' websites and may link to other sites, each with its own privacy practices. Please review their policies.
11. U.S.-based processing
We operate in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. under this policy.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
