These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Crush It Media Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to people who request contact through crushitmediagroup.com. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Consent to calls and texts
When you submit the "Not sure which brand fits?" form and check the consent box, you agree that Crush It Media Group LLC may call or text you at the number you provided about your request, including by automated technology and prerecorded messages. Messages may include replies to your request, follow-ups, scheduling, and information about the brand that fits your needs.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive calls or texts in order to buy anything from us or any of our brands.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and the conversation.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
4. How to opt out: reply STOP
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing support@crushitmediagroup.com.

6. Supported carriers
Texts are available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee delivery.
7. Privacy
Information you provide is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the vendors that help us operate our messaging.
8. Your responsibilities
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. If your number changes, reply STOP or let us know so messages are not sent to someone who did not consent.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
