Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct and content that are prohibited when you use https://crushitmediagroup.com, our customer portal, and our services (the "Services"), operated by Crush It Media Group LLC, doing business as Crush It Media. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of fees, and referral to law enforcement.

1. General conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to use;
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • Scrape, harvest, frame, or copy the Site or its data without our written permission;
  • Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; or
  • Use the Services to compete with us by reverse engineering or copying our platform.

2. Content you submit and advertise

When you upload artwork, offers, business information, or other content ("Your Content") for use in advertising or on a landing page, you agree it will not:

  • Be false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent, or contain claims, prices, or guarantees you cannot honor or substantiate;
  • Promote illegal goods or services, or content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or that incites violence;
  • Infringe or violate any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Violate advertising rules for regulated categories (including healthcare/medical, legal, financial/lending, insurance, alcohol, tobacco/vape, cannabis, firearms, gambling, or adult products), or other industry-specific laws; or
  • Contain anyone's personal or sensitive information without proper rights and consent.

You are solely responsible for Your Content, for substantiating your claims, and for honoring the offers you advertise.

3. Communications and anti-spam

If you use leads, tracking phone numbers, or contact information obtained through the Services, you must comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, Telemarketing Sales Rule, and state call-recording and consent laws. You must obtain any required consent before calling, texting, or emailing recipients, and honor opt-out requests. Do not use the Services to send unlawful, unsolicited, or harassing communications.

4. Portal and account use

If you have access to our customer portal, you agree to keep your credentials secure, use the portal only for your own campaigns and account, and not to access or attempt to access other customers' data. You may not share your account or resell access.

5. Reporting violations

6. Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Services. We may remove content, refuse to print or mail an order, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice. We are not responsible for content submitted by customers and disclaim liability for it to the extent permitted by law.
